Lovemore O’Choco Icecream
Lovemore gluten free O’Choco icecream
170g of Lovemore Free From O’Chocos
2tsp of vanilla extract
500ml double cream
70g caster sugar
3 egg yolks
Method
- Add the vanilla extract to the cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Whisk the egg yolks then add to the pan and remove from heat.
- Crush your Lovemore Free From O’Chocos and combine into the mixture.
- Place in an icecream tub and freeze until set.
- Enjoy!
